I was skeptical about customizing a hat online, but the embroidered letter on the front came out perfectly centered and clean. The cotton fabric has a nice, structured feel that holds its shape without being stiff.
The 100% cotton fabric feels breathable and sturdy, so it held its shape through a whole day of wear. Got a small symbol stitched on the front and it came out crisp, exactly the kind of subtle detail that makes it feel mine.
