Took this on our morning run and the lightweight fabric barely felt like I had anything on my head. The adjustable fit works for both me and my kid, which is a nice bonus since we share gear.
The back venting is a game changer for our family hikes—my kid and I both wore ours for two hours and stayed completely sweat-free. It's so light I forgot I had it on during a quick jog, and the fit works great for both of us.
